Gul Khan has been always committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please make sure you make the payment to the delivery agent upon delivery in case of CAD. You will receive a confirmation message either on your number or email after your order is placed and confirmed, indicating that your order has been processed.

Local Orders

  • You will qualify for free delivery on orders of PKR 2,500 and above in Pakistan.
  • The delivery time for orders is estimated at 10-15 days
  • Ensure the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
    Please note: Redelivery caused by failed delivery or incorrect address will incur additional charges.

International Orders

  • Our worldwide deliveries are handled through DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express
  • Orders are delivered within 12-20 days, depending on the destination
  • Shipping is charged separately according to the volume of order which is fully trackable, and does not require a minimum purchase

Customs & Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and import fees
  • Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer

Out of Stock & Product Availability

Most of the times unavailable items are either removed from the website or appear as out of stock. But sometimes due to inventory fluctuations it may happen that products listed as available on website are out of stock. In that case we will immediately cancel your order after notifying you without charging you for it.

  • Once the order is confirmed and the payment is received, your order will be processed for delivery.
  • We ensure timely delivery with full dedication but cannot provide guarantee for circumstances outside our control like delays caused by extreme weather, traffic, or courier-related issues.
